PVC Profile Production Line

As shown in the picture below, the PVC profile production line developed and produced by our company is ready to be shipped to India. 

The following are the details of the production line:

Applications:

YF series pvc profile production line is mainly used for extrusion of PVC door and window profiles, wide door panels, window sill panels, porous threading pipes (four holes, six holes, seven holes, nine holes, etc.).

Configuration：

The production line can choose parallel (conical) twin-screw extruders of different specifications according to different profile sections and molds, and is equipped with corresponding auxiliary machines such as vacuum calibrating table, tractor, cutting machine, and turning frame. The extrusion output of the main machine is between 60-700 kg per hour, which is optional for customers.

Advantages:

1. The tractor adopts our company's unique lifting technology, which has stable operation, good reliability and large traction force.

2. Vacuum shaping adopts a special enlarged vortex cooling system, which is convenient for cooling and shaping to meet the needs of high-speed extrusion.

3. The moving speed of the cutting machine is synchronized with the pulling speed. All of them adopt imported PLC computer control system, which is reasonable in design and stable in operation. It can automatically cut to length and is equipped with a dust recovery device.

4. According to different molds, the setting table can be selected in specifications of 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 11 meters and so on. Equipped with parallel twin-screw extruder, it is especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of profiles.
